भएका छन् । उनीहरुले ईपी विधा अन्तरगत आफ्ना प्रतिद्वन्दिलाई
पछाडी पार्दै स्वर्ण हात पारेका हुन् ।राष्ट्रिय खेलकुद परिषदको
कभर्डहलमा भएको प्रतियोगिताको महिला इपी तर्फ सेनाकी ईन्दिरा
पौडेलले रजत र सेनाकी सिता पाठक र एपिएफकी जानुका स्याङ्गतानले
कास्य पाए ।
तीन दिने प्रतियोगिताको पुरुष तर्फ सेनाका दिपेन्द्र विष्टले
रजत प्राप्त गर्दा एपिएफका राजेन्द्र श्रेष्ठ र सेनाका सागर
के.सी.ले कास्य पाए ।

बिष्टले एक कार्यक्रम विच उद्घाटन गरेका थिए । प्रतियोगितामा
नेपाली सेना, एपिएफ मध्यमाञ्चल र पश्चिमाञ्चलका गरि ९६
खेलाडीहरुको उपस्थिती रहेको छ ।

WHAT IS FENCING?
FOIL
In foil the valid target area includes the torso (including the lower part of the bib of the mask) and the groin. The head (except the lower neck proportion of the mask), arms, and legs are considered off target. Touches made off target do not count for points, but do stop play.
EPEE
pe is the only one in which the entire body is the valid target area. pe is the heaviest of the three modern fencing weapons. Fencing matches with the pe require a large amount of concentration, accuracy and speed. Since the entire body is a target, a successful pe fencer must be able to anticipate their opponent's moves and strike their opponent at the correct time.
SABRE
The target area for sabre consists of the torso above the waist, as well as the arms and head (excluding both hands). When fencing with electric equipment, a manchette, or sabre cuff, is used in conjunction with the lam and electrically conductive mask to ensure that the entire target area forms a single circuit.
